Your help is badly needed in the Caribbean | COVID-19

TMI has received an urgent call from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and the Samenwerkende Hospitals (Dutch Caribbean Hospital Alliance) to look for healthcare professionals who can deploy in the Caribbean. The Caribbean is largely dependent on Dutch healthcare professionals. Due to the explosive increase in the number of corona patients, help is now very much needed in Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.

We are urgently looking for  IC nurses who can immediately leave for Curaçao and Aruba for a minimum period of three weeks Young retirees or former IC nurses are also very welcome A shorter period is possible in consultation. We are also looking for A&E doctors for the hospital on Curaçao who can leave immediately for six to eight weeks. You will find the open vacancies further on the page.

Working in the Caribbean

What can you expect from us?

You can expect a lot from us during your stay in the Caribbean. TMI offers an employment contract for the duration of the assignment. You work on the basis of secondment or self-employed person. The return flight, accommodation and a rental car are facilitated for the entire period. In addition, your salary is in accordance with the NL CAO for hospitals and your salary is in accordance with years of experience / current salary. You will also receive a pair of TMI Caribbean clogs!

We zijn bezig met een inventarisatielijst vanuit de Samenwerkende Ziekenhuizen (Dutch Caribbean Hospital Alliance). Ben jij een (gespecialiseerd) verpleegkundige, arts of medisch specialist en kun je per direct voor minimaal drie weken vertrekken om op de eilanden te helpen, meld je dan nu aan! Let op: Het betreft op dit moment alleen nog een inventarisatie.
